Information you provide

The estimate request form asks for your name, phone number, project city or ZIP, service interest, timing and project description. Email is optional. The page you came from may be recorded with the request.

How it is used

Decks & Basements uses this information to review your inquiry, contact you and keep track of the project conversation. Submitting a request does not add you to a marketing mailing list. Please avoid including sensitive information in the project description.

Storage and access

Requests are stored by the website hosting service and copied to a private business lead log in Google Sheets. A notification containing the inquiry is sent to the business Gmail inbox. The business owner and authorized people helping manage inquiries can access these records. Google and the hosting provider process information needed to provide their services.

Technical information

The hosting platform may process connection and request information to operate and secure the website. The form uses temporary, hashed connection identifiers and request counts to limit repeated submissions. The website does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page visits and actions such as calls and completed estimate requests. It uses analytics cookies and processes technical information about your visit. We do not send your name, email, phone number, project location or project description to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Analytics is not loaded until you accept; you can change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Your choice is remembered in this browser. Google’s privacy policy explains how Google processes information.

Updates

This notice will be updated if the site introduces analytics, additional services or other changes in how information is handled.
